How experienced is Chris?

Chris has spent more than ten years in powerlifting, competing internationally and holding multiple British records and top national rankings.

Who does Chris coach?

For the past five years, Chris has coached athletes of every level, from first-day beginners to international competitors, helping each person bridge the gap between where they are and where they want to be.

What can your child expect from his sessions?

Clear, patient coaching in a small group, with age-appropriate exercises that build safe technique, movement skills and real confidence.

What parents and guardians need to know

The programme is for young people aged 9–16. All levels are welcome, from complete beginners to young athletes with previous training experience.
The six-week programme starts on Thursday 10 September 2026. Sessions run every Thursday from 4:30–5:30pm. The full six-week block costs £110.
Comfortable sportswear is all they need. Please also bring a drink for the session.
Yes. Parents and guardians can wait upstairs, although seating is limited.
They can return for the next scheduled session, but there is no replacement session for the week they miss.
