Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to our gym memberships, coaching and nutrition services, technical assessment sessions, youth programmes, events and competitions, and to your use of this website. Please read them before you sign up. If anything is unclear, get in touch and we will explain it.

By becoming a member, signing up for any of our services, entering one of our events, using the gym or using this website, you agree to these terms, together with our Code of Conduct and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Gym members also accept our Membership Agreement when they join through Glofox. It sets out the detailed terms of your membership, and our Code of Conduct forms part of the ZeroW Facility Rules it refers to. If the Membership Agreement and these terms say different things about your membership, the Membership Agreement applies.
2. Our services
- Gym memberships: Standard, Hybrid, Gold and Platinum, each with an optional weekly nutrition coaching add-on. What each plan includes is shown on our membership page at the time you sign up.
- Online coaching and online nutrition coaching: Lite, Standard and Premium plans, alone or bundled together.
- Technical assessment sessions: one-off, 60-minute in-person sessions with a video report.
- Youth programmes: coached programmes for young people, booked by a parent or guardian. Under-18s can only train at ZeroW in a session led by one of our coaches.
- Events, workshops and competitions: details are published on our blog before each event.
Memberships and most services are sold through Glofox, our membership platform, and paid for through Stripe, our payment provider.
3. Prices and payment
- All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies.
- Memberships and coaching plans are paid monthly in advance by direct debit or card. Please keep your payment details up to date.
- If a payment fails, you will not be able to use the gym or your service until any outstanding fees are paid.
- We may change our prices. If the price of your plan changes, we will tell you at least one month before the new price applies, and you can cancel before then.
- Special offers apply only to the people and periods stated in the offer, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may have their own conditions, which we will show alongside the offer.
4. Cancelling and refunds
Your 14-day cooling-off period
New memberships, and services you buy online or over the phone, have a 14-day cooling-off period. To cancel within it, tell us in writing (email is fine). We will refund what you have paid within 14 days, less a proportionate amount for the days of membership or service you had before you cancelled. Cooling-off does not apply when you renew or rejoin.
Memberships, coaching and nutrition plans
Gym memberships and online coaching and nutrition plans have no fixed term. After the cooling-off period, you can cancel at any time by giving us one month's notice in writing to info@zeroweakness.co.uk. Your plan and payments end when the notice period ends, and you keep your access and service for any period you have paid for. Fees are not refunded for part-months or for time you did not use.
If you have to stop training permanently because of illness or physical incapacity, you can cancel straight away by sending us a medical certificate, and we will refund any unused fees.
Freezing a membership
You can ask to freeze your membership by giving us one month's notice in writing. We may refuse a freeze requested with less notice. You cannot cancel during a freeze. To cancel after a freeze, give one month's notice once it has ended.
Booked sessions
1-on-1 coaching sessions and technical assessment sessions must be cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice. Otherwise the session is charged in full, or counted as used if it is part of your plan. With at least 24 hours' notice we will rearrange it.
Youth programmes
Youth programmes are paid for as a block. Missed sessions cannot be replaced or refunded. If we cancel a session, we will rearrange it or refund that session.
Events and competitions
Event and competition entry fees are non-refundable unless we cancel or move the event, in which case we will offer you a refund or a transfer to the new date.
5. Using the gym and 24/7 access
- Members have 24/7 access through the Kisi app. The gym is staffed Monday to Friday, 7am to 7pm.
- Your access is personal to you. You must not share it or let anyone else in.
- CCTV covers the inside of the gym and the parking spaces directly outside it. Our Privacy Policy explains how we use it.
- You must follow our Code of Conduct at all times.
- We may close or restrict parts of the gym for maintenance, events or other operational reasons. We will give notice where we can. If the gym is closed for an extended period, we will agree a fair adjustment with you.
6. Coaching, programming and nutrition services
- Coaching, programming, technique assessments and nutrition plans are provided to you personally and cannot be transferred to anyone else.
- To coach you safely, we need accurate information about your training, health and any injuries. Please tell us if anything changes.
- Our coaches and nutritionists are qualified in their fields, but they are not doctors, physiotherapists or dietitians. Our advice does not replace medical care. If you have an injury or medical condition, or are pregnant, please speak to a health professional before acting on our advice.
7. Health and safety
Strength training and powerlifting are physically demanding and carry some risk of injury. By training with us you confirm that you are fit to take part and that you have told us about any medical condition or injury that might affect your training. Train within your ability, use equipment safely, and take extra care outside staffed hours, when you may be training alone.
- Before you start training, you need to complete our pre-exercise questionnaire. We may ask for a note from your doctor confirming that you are fit to train.
- If you are injured or become ill at the gym, our staff may give first aid unless you have told us in writing that you do not want it.
- If you damage equipment or any part of the gym, you may be responsible for the cost of repairing or replacing it.
8. Our responsibility to you
- We will provide our services with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
- If we break these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of that. We are not responsible for loss or damage that was not foreseeable, or for business losses.
- We are not responsible for the loss of, or damage to, personal belongings brought to the gym, unless it is caused by our negligence.
- We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that the law does not allow us to exclude or limit.
9. Code of Conduct and ending your membership
Using the gym and our services depends on following our Code of Conduct, both in the gym and online. If you break it, we may warn you, ask you to remove content, suspend your access, end your membership, service or event entry, and refuse future memberships, services or entries, as explained in section 13 of the Code. Serious breaches may lead to your membership being ended straight away.
We may also restrict, suspend or end your membership or service straight away, by telling you in person or in writing, if:
- you break these terms or your Membership Agreement;
- your behaviour raises health and safety concerns for you or anyone else;
- you do not pay what you owe;
- we reasonably suspect you of illegal activity at the gym; or
- you misuse your access or gave us false information when you signed up.
If we end your membership or service for any of these reasons, it ends on the date we tell you. You remain responsible for any fees owed up to that date, we will stop future payments, and fees already paid for the current billing period will not be refunded.
We may also end a membership or service for any other reason by giving you at least one month's notice. If we do, we will refund anything you have paid for the period after it ends.
10. Photos, videos and content
- We regularly photograph and film training and events at ZeroW for our website and social media. If you would rather not appear, tell a member of staff and we will respect that. We will also remove content you appear in if you ask.
- If you send us photos, videos or testimonials to share (for example, for social media), you give us permission to use them in our marketing free of charge. You can ask us to stop using a particular submission at any time.
- Any photos or videos you take at ZeroW must follow our Code of Conduct, including the rules on filming other people and on what you post online.
11. Intellectual property
The ZeroW name, logo and brand belong to ZeroW and its licensors. Our programmes, technique reports, videos, written content and other materials are protected by copyright and are for your personal use only. You may not copy, share, resell or use them commercially without our written permission.
12. Using this website
You agree not to use this website to:
- submit false, misleading or fraudulent information through our forms;
- interfere with how the website works, for example by uploading malicious code or sending automated or abusive submissions; or
- infringe anyone else's rights.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, and we will change the date at the top when we do. We will tell members about significant changes by email or on the website before they take effect. If you do not agree to a change, you can cancel as described in section 4.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
15. Contact us
If you have a question or a complaint about these terms or any of our services, email info@zeroweakness.co.uk or call 07554 447397. We would always like the chance to put things right.
