Code of Conduct
Overview
At ZeroW we require that all of our coaches, personal trainers, gym staff, third party providers and members conduct themselves according to the highest standards of ethics, integrity and behaviour when dealing with other members, colleagues and other stakeholders. This includes, but is not necessarily limited to, full compliance with all legal obligations imposed by statute or any other source of law.
This Code establishes the standards of behaviour that must be met by all coaches, personal trainers, gym staff, third party providers and members.
By applying for, purchasing or renewing a membership, attending an induction, entering, accessing or using any ZeroW gym or facility anywhere in the world (in any capacity), each member acknowledges and agrees to comply with this Code of Conduct. This Code forms part of the terms and conditions of membership at all ZeroW locations worldwide.
Where these standards are not met:
- For coaches, personal trainers, gym staff and/or third party providers, appropriate disciplinary action will be taken. In cases where the breach involves serious misconduct, this may result in cancellation of contract. In cases where a breach of this policy involves a breach of any law, the relevant government authorities or the police may be notified.
- For members, appropriate action may be taken, including verbal or written warnings, temporary suspension of access, or cancellation/denial of membership. In cases where a breach of this policy involves a breach of any law, the relevant government authorities or the police may be notified.
Operation
The purpose of this policy is to make it clear what ZeroW expects from coaches, personal trainers, gym staff, third party providers and members, and all such persons are required to be familiar with and comply with the terms of this policy at all times. Failure to do so may result in disciplinary action, including (as applicable) termination of contract and/or suspension or cancellation of membership.
In so far as this policy imposes any obligations on ZeroW, those obligations are not contractual and do not give rise to any contractual rights.
ZeroW may unilaterally introduce, vary, remove or replace this policy at any time. Any such changes will apply to all coaches, personal trainers, gym staff, third party providers and members from the time they are communicated or made available.

ZeroW may direct coaches, personal trainers, gym staff, third party providers and/or members to take action to eliminate or reduce any such conflict, and they must comply with such directions.
