Everything you need to know

The Coach Development Course is a blend of a course and mentorship. It runs over six months, with a weekly live call that builds on pre-recorded material. All calls are recorded so you never fall behind.
The course covers movement and programming principles, cueing and problem-solving squat, bench press and deadlift, programme design, coaching communication, injuries, business and marketing, and powerlifting-specific performance and competition considerations.
Intakes are generally limited to 15 people. This leaves room for cross-talk and questions while bringing enough different coaching problems into the group for everyone to learn from.
Yes. The course is structured so you can apply the information as you go. Having clients gives you more opportunities to practise immediately, but it is not essential.
Yes. Everything is recorded, and you can still submit videos and questions for review even if you cannot be present. Attending live can accelerate your learning, but it is not essential.
