ZeroW offers 1-on-1 technique sessions which cover squat, bench press and deadlift in-depth, as well as important stability work. After the session, you will be emailed a comprehensive report of everything covered, and a personalised stability routine.

Our comprehensive technique analysis session runs for 60 minutes which will include the following:

     
  • In depth coaching and analysis of your squat, bench press and deadlift
  • Stability and mobility screen and drill recommendations
  • Full review of your technique assessment compiled into PDF form
